We write to you this beautiful fall day. The turning color of the leaves signals the time of turning inward in this season of life. As is seen in nature, there is a process for discarding what no longer serves a higher purpose, shedding what is not yours (old beliefs, patterns of being) and entering a waiting period as new behaviors, mindsets take shape and grow into new ways of being.

You are encouraged to examine your life and see what is working and release what is not. Take advantage of this time of clearing. Use your breath as a tool for expulsion. The process can be as simple and easy as waking up, deciding what you are ready to change and making the decision to act in the new way. However, it is often complicated by lingering habits and beliefs that keep you stuck in old patterns. That too is a choice. What you focus upon you create so if you focus upon what you no longer want, you will get more of what you don’t want. It is wise to catch yourself and become aware of your thoughts. When your mind wanders, bring it back and refocus on the new thought or desire. Soon it will become predominant and be made manifest.

Be mindful about what you ask for and intentional in your prayers. Use the longer hours of darkness to assist you in quieting the mind and listening deep for the quiet inner voice that knows what is in your highest and best good. Take an inventory of the areas of your life and see what needs your attention. Are you happy? Healthy? Do you enjoy life? Are there ways that you give back? Care about something larger than yourself? Is there something you’ve wanted to try or do? What stops you? Are you willing to ask for help and support?

Good Morning, it is our pleasure to be called upon to bring wisdom on the topics you have inquired about—alien energy and perceived duality between the soul and human experiences.

Let us begin by affirming that the veils are thinning and consciousness is primed for a mass upraising. There are those of you who are the light bringers (light workers) who are on the forefront, laying the way for others to follow. There are many roles to play in this transformation including but certainly not limited to visionary, mystic, healer, teacher, coach, change agent, clairvoyant/clairaudient working in a multitude of fields and disciplines. Some work from the inside of corporations, institutions, governments, positions of power and others work from the outside in the healing arts, not-for-profits, religions.

The system of duality was established as a curtain so to speak and those who are at the lead with higher consciousness have developed the ability to traverse between the 3rd dimensional field of reality and the more subtle realities. It is an illusion that your human self is separate from your higher self. The human is but a part of the greater whole. There are stages of multidimensionality that will become more known and activated inside you. The veil between the right and left brain is one of the first to dissipate allowing an awakening of parts of the brain that heretofore have been inaccessible in the human form. Next comes the rewiring of the DNA and activation of the 12 strands (some of which are energetic not chemical). And after that remembering you are multidimensional and mastering all that this brings.

Each phase is designed to happen in its right timing when the nervous system is strong enough to handle the higher vibrations, the ego can accept that it is not at the helm, there is discipline to use the higher powers in service of others, the planet or higher purposes.

As you have experienced, not all have noble purposes. That is where the aliens come in. They are of other dimensions in the space/time continuum. As with humans, there is a gradation of density and variation of purpose. There are some who mine the earth of precious substances needed in their plane of existence. Others have infiltrated your systems and conspire for their purposes. The ones you are most familiar with are higher forms of intelligence that have a vested interest in serving the greater good and are here to help bring about the shift in consciousness. Aliens are not human yet can take human form. Most prefer not to be seen and operate largely in the background.

Some would say that the divas, fairies, elves, elementals, nymphs are aliens, too. They are not of the earth yet look over it cultivating growth and life. They like the angels are their own kind with their distinct purposes. The angels have a radiance that is a hallmark of their presence often filling rooms with light, blanketing with a warmth and love. Not all light workers are angels and all angels are light workers.

The aliens are often feared in part because they are shrouded with mystery and less well known. Keep your eye on the end goal to raise consciousness and those from all dimensions who align with that purpose will be drawn to assist and empower your work. It is not your responsibility to control or battle those who have other purposes. Remember that what you focus upon persists. You have the right and ability to create. Use it wisely and nobly and see all that is possible before you.

What we say to you is that there is an outpouring of love and light upon the planet and the holding of a great intention for the upliftment of humankind and a return to justice, peace and wellbeing for all peoples. The earth has been a powerful instrument in absorbing denser energy and for many, the focus is upon healing the earth and restoring the mother to her pristine state. It is time to clear the earth, waters and air of the toxicity of modern living and to bring forth the breakthrough technologies which will transform your way of life and allow for a peaceful and sustainable co-existence.

Humankind is meant to live in harmony with the planet, the elements and all life forms. One is not superior to another. There is a symbiotic relationship—giving and receiving one to another for mutual benefit. So is the nature of the human relationship. It is intended that you would live peaceably beside those of different cultures, ethnicities, religions…these differences offer fresh perspectives and new solutions to the complex issues facing your planet now. Yet when the differences are not honored what results is a diminishing of the creative potential and a destruction of the human race. Hatred, injustice, famine, war are but a few of the unintended consequences.

GUIDED MEDITATION
What we invite each of you to do now is to open your hearts wide to feel the outpouring of love and light that is available to you. Feel it coming in through the top of your head and through the bottom of your feet. Let it fill you and remind you of what it means to be spirit embodied. Now bring your attention to that which breaks your heart wide open—perhaps the war in Iraq, ethnic cleansing in Sudan, all the people infected with HIV or dying from AIDS, the throngs of orphans, the mutilation of the genitals of young women, all who were displaced by natural disasters, ancient forests that are being destroyed—whatever it is for you, tune into it now. Let yourself feel the deep anger or sadness or despair and immediately breathe it out fully releasing it. Use the breath to transmute the negative emotions or limited thinking and bring yourself to a neutral place where you resonate with the deeper truth.

It is easy to point fingers at those you perceive are to blame. Yet righteous anger begets anger and the cycle is unbroken, the pattern is unchangeable. Know there is a third choice. See in your mind’s eye the leaders of the world who have in their power the ability to end the violence, terrorism, destruction. Ask your spirit to grant you the ability from your core of peace and love to send a wave of deep compassion and love to the higher spirits of those same leaders. Pray from your soul to their soul that they awaken to the highest truth and have the courage to choose love not hatred, peace not war, wholeness not separation, abundance not scarcity, wellness not disease, preservation not destruction.

Ask that in so doing you be healed from the patterns that have caught you in a push/pull pattern in your own life. We remind you that there is immense power in transforming your thoughts and shifting your actions to be the peace and love and light you want to see in the world. Know that you are not alone in this work. As you pray or chant or meditate upon these things feel your spiritual teachers and angels beside you and trust that you are joined by a multitude of multidimensional beings as well as others on your planet aligned with this purpose.

Blessings upon each of you and your families and this spiritual community. May your lives be filled with grace, love, compassion and joy. May you find time each day to be in gratitude for the beauty and blessings in your lives. May you recognize your ability to manifest what is in your highest and best good. May you hear and answer your soul’s calling and be sustained by it.
